Workday Senior Certified HCM Consultant – Lead II – HR BSE UST is searching for a Workday HCM Senior Consultant who will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet the specific needs of the client. Responsibilities Provide expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Payroll/Time & Absence). Lead and coach the deployment team: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients. Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday. Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third‑party or custom solutions. Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge. Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support. Collaborate and communicate effectively on team‑based projects. Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices. Qualifications Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other of the following: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time & Absence. 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company. Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications. Demonstrated project management experience. Functional human resources experience. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training. Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus. Expected travel is +/-25% depending on project. Location and Compensation Location: Remote‑US Compensation Range: $74,000–$111,000 Benefits Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
