Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Join a Shop That Values You!
Pay: Starts at $27/hr
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Schedule: Full-time - We’re open Monday-Saturday, but offer flexible scheduling (Monday–Friday available!).

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician/Mechanic who wants to join a growing shop that values honesty, performance, and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Handle maintenance work - brakes, suspension, alignments, tune-ups, etc.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Take pride in doing things right the first time.
- Continue to grow through training and mentorship - we’ll invest in your success.

What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on automotive experience.
- ASE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain - we’ll help you!).
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of your work.
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal toolbox is a plus, not necessary
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
