We're looking for a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic to help maintain and repair our fleet of taxi vehicles. In this critical role, you'll ensure our vehicles remain safe, efficient, and ready to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Do as a Fleet Mechanic:

As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll perform maintenance and repairs that keep our vehicles operating at peak performance while minimizing downtime.

Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and operating issues on fleet vehicles
• Troubleshoot vehicle performance concerns and complete repairs efficiently
• Conduct comprehensive safety inspections to ensure compliance and vehicle reliability
• Identify potential problems before they become major repairs

Fleet Support

• Maintain accurate service records, inspections, and repair documentation
• Ensure vehicles meet company safety and operational standards
• Work closely with operations staff to prioritize repairs and minimize vehicle downtime
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support fleet readiness to ensure vehicles are available for daily service

What We're Looking for as a Fleet Mechanic:

• Previous experience as a Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Fleet Mechanic, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license required
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
