Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students across a variety of backgrounds
• Valid MI School Psychologist license preferred; out-of-state applicants must secure appropriate credentialing by start date
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention, counseling, and consultation for a broad range of student needs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to guide educational planning
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Consult with school teams on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
• Support crisis response and help develop positive behavior support strategies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and comply with all regulatory guidelines
