Restaurant IT Field Service Technician – Level 1 Flynn Group is seeking a Restaurant IT Field Service Technician (Level 1) to support critical technology across our Panera and Arby’s restaurants in the Oklahoma City market. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional who enjoys hands-on work, autonomy, and building a strong technical foundation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support for restaurant systems and equipment Perform preventive maintenance, service calls, and installation projects Troubleshoot hardware, software, cabling, and network issues Serve as a technical partner to restaurant leadership and team members Document work and resolutions using ServiceNow Prioritize work based on business impact and urgency Participate in rotating on-call support for critical systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent General computer and Windows/DOS knowledge Basic cabling and networking experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently in a field environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Flynn Group?
