This contract opportunity is designed for clinicians who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds. Whether you have your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or come with experience as an SLPA, your skills are valued here—including those with teletherapy backgrounds.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (SLP roles)
- Valid state licensure and appropriate certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred; CFY candidates encouraged
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- SLPA candidates must hold relevant state licensure and education
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Dedication to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups, both on-site and via teletherapy
- Document progress, prepare IEPs, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support students outside of sessions
- Supervise SLPA staff (if applicable, depending on qualifications)
- Stay current on best practices and continuing education
