Licensed Journeyman Electricians – Data Center Project

• $50/hr | $178/day Per Diem
• 60+ Hours Weekly
• 3-Year Project

Overview

We are actively hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term (3-year) data center construction project . This is a high-impact project offering consistent overtime, strong weekly earnings, and full travel support .

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $50.00/hour
• Schedule: 5 days/week, 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 60+ hours per week (guaranteed overtime)
• Per Diem: $178/day
• Travel & Lodging: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit
• Pull wire and perform terminations
• Install lighting systems, switchgear, panels, and cabling
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs
• Work with low- and medium-voltage systems
• Support large-scale commercial & industrial construction projects

Qualifications

• Proven Journeyman-level experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Strong skills in:
  • Conduit bending (EMT & rigid)
  • Terminations and panel work
  • Electrical system installation
  • Blueprint and schematic reading
  • Troubleshooting electrical systems
• Experience on large-scale projects (data centers preferred but not required)

License Requirements

A valid Journeyman Electrician License is required.

Accepted from states with Iowa reciprocity, including:

AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, WY

This is a Contract position based out of Fairfax, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
