What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care for infants in a Level II special care nursery
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Contribute to continuous service expansion and best practice sharing across Pediatrix's network of NICUs
• Support family-centered care models within the nursery setting

What You Need

• Board Certified in Neonatology (American Board of Pediatrics)
• Current medical license to practice in Virginia

• Neonatal intensive care experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
