Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑time start: minimum 15‑20 hours per week required Path to full‑time: opportunity to expand into full‑time hours depending on center needs and availability Additional Pay Incentives +$2 per hour for weekend shifts +$5 per hour for company‑observed holidays Schedule Needs Monday‑Friday between the hours of 3 pm – 8 pm Locations Madera, Kerman and surrounding areas; we aim to match you with clients near your home and offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away. Key Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one client support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more) Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, teaching skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and improving quality of life Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve best outcomes Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve If you are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a meaningful impact, this is the opportunity to build a career that truly matters.
