Metal Wire Drawing Machine Technician

You arrive to a clean, organized production floor. After a brief handoff, you prep the drawing line, load coils of raw wire, and set up your run. Throughout the shift, you watch gauges, make fine adjustments, and record measurements to keep diameters within spec. You’ll pause to perform routine checks, tag any quality concerns, and partner with maintenance if something needs attention. By shift’s end, your area is spotless, parts are on target, and the team has met production goals—safely.

- Shift Differential (Nights): +$1.00/hour
- Night Shift Pay: $18.65/hour
- Operate and monitor wire drawing equipment and related machinery
- Load raw materials and assist with line setup and changeovers
- Inspect output and verify quality against standards
- Measure and document production data accurately
- Perform routine equipment checks; escalate maintenance needs
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Collaborate with teammates to hit production targets
- Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial settings (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude a plus
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
