Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Alabama Occupational Therapy License.
• Master's degree.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday-Friday
• Weekend or on-call requirement: none
