Location: Remote Hours: Monday-Friday 10pm-6am EST, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (with flexibility for occasional peak hours) About Us: We’re hiring! As we continue to grow at an accelerated pace, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Weekend Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the weekend. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and fostering positive relationships with our customers. Responsibilities: Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting with product selection Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they would be a valuable addition to our team.
