Self Love Therapy LLC – General/OCD Therapist – Cambridge, MA – Full time We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our practice. This position is hybrid and requires in person availability at our Cambridge office. The clinician will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of mental health issues. This position requires specialized training in treating OCD. The clinician must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts and have experience with a variety of mental health issues. We appreciate clinicians who can provide clients with a space where they can speak freely without judgement and be challenged. Clinicians who can create therapeutic rapport and who are collaborative would be the perfect addition to our intimate and growing practice. Job Requirements: Provide psychotherapy to clients in Massachusetts both remotely and in person Must work 2 evenings per week (5pm on) Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health issues Monitor progress of clients and adjust treatment plans as needed Develop and strengthen rapport with clients Provide crisis management and mental health education services Complete clinical documentation appropriately and in a timely manner Maintain all appropriate professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality Qualifications: Candidate must be licensed in Massachusetts upon starting the position Must have specialized training in OCD Master’s degree in social work, psychology or closely related field Independent license as an LICSW, LMHC, Psychologist preferred, master's level clinician with relevant experience considered.
