If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).Day to Day Responsibilities:Manage each project’s scope and timeline Reporting metrics, project updates Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it Minimum Requirements: 7+ years' experience in a Project Management 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Familiarity with software development Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field Nice to have: PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus ADO skills About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
