Regional Practice Administrator - TCP Pediatrics Clinics

We are searching for a Regional Practice Administrator with the TCP Pediatrics Clinics - someone who is responsible for the overall operation of Texas Children's Pediatrics practices, and other initiatives as assigned by the Director. The Regional Practice Administrator also advises, coaches and mentors managerial,financial and administrative expertise of the Practice Managers.Think you’ve got what it takes?QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field required4 years Practice management experience or healthcare administration experience requiredResponsibilitiesWorks with Director on acquisition of practices and onboarding of practice sites into the TCP networkMentors and develops leadership skills and provides development opportunities through education/training, feedback and coaching of practice managers and supervisors or appropriate personnel.Works with Directors of Regional Operations, physicians and Practice Managers to develop annual budgets for each practice.Monitors customer satisfaction of TCP practices with the physicians and managers through communication and feedbackIdentifies and facilitates process improvement needs that improve patient experience, patient flow or employee satisfaction throughout the practices.Works to identify and resolve process issues and enhances practice policies and procedures by actively participating in TCP and TCH committees as needed.Completes timely performance appraisals for direct reportsPrepares and submits annual capital and operating budgetsSubmits performance planning documents, ongoing planning materials, action plan and department goals Texas Children’s Pediatrics is the nation’s largest primary pediatric care network with more than 200 physicians dedicated to the health care needs of infants to teenagers in over 50 locations throughout the greater Houston area.
