This role requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys the rewarding challenge of working closely with both animals and their owners. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients with a warm and professional demeanor, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between the veterinary team and pet owners. Additionally, you will be trained to assist in the safe restraint of cats and dogs during examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. While the work is demanding, we believe in maintaining a positive and enjoyable atmosphere, where team members can share a laugh and celebrate successes together.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma
• Weekend availability as needed
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
