Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable MIG Welder for a manufacturing facility in Hastings, NE. This role involves MIG and robotic welding in a production environment. The ideal candidate understands weld quality standards, takes pride in their work, and maintains strong attendance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on production parts
Assist with and monitor robotic welding processes
Inspect welds to ensure quality and consistency
Identify and correct weld defects as needed
Follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications & Requirements

MIG welding experience required
Ability to recognize what a quality weld looks like
Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Reliable with consistent attendance
Ability to work in a production environment
