As a Member Service Representative, you will help members with their everyday financial needs while creating experiences that reflect The North Star Community Credit Union Standards.

As a Member Service Representative, you will:

• Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and through digital channels.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Assist members with account questions, products, and services.

• Support members with online banking, debit cards, and electronic account access.

• Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching and resolving discrepancies.

• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.

• Maintain accurate records and follow all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Support branch operations through administrative responsibilities, including answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver a consistent and professional member experience.

• Represent North Star Community Credit Union with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.

• Previous customer service, cash handling, retail, hospitality, or financial institution experience preferred.

• Experience building relationships and providing exceptional service is highly valued.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using computers, technology, and financial systems.

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
