Immerse yourself in TOMMY HILFIGER here!Stockroom Associates shares in the overall responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized and manageable stock / off-site storage area, processing merchandise as "floor ready", generating maximum sales potential through upholding high customer service standards, maintaining store appearance, keeping merchandise filled to the appropriate levels on the sales floor and minimizing shortages.Overall ResponsibilitiesReceiving / Shipping – Processing HUB, 3rd-party deliveries, Special OrdersMaintain an organized stockroom/off-site areaMaximize sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented on the sales floorMaintain visual presentation standards that are consistent with division philosophy and direction when placing / restocking merchandise on the sales floorMaintain appropriate sales floor inventory levelsDemonstrate effective written and verbal communication skillsDevelop proficiency in all operational policies and proceduresManage time and prioritize tasksCustomer Service / SalesEnsure customer service is the #1 priorityFollow all customer service guidelinesPersonnelDemonstrate professional image and conductFollow specific divisional dress code policyWorks as a member of a team to accomplish goals set forth in the storeMust be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by managementEnsure that store staff is treated professionally, courteously and respectfullyTake an active role in own developmentCommunicate concerns to managementSupport all company / management decisionsOperationsEnsure accuracy in all paperworkFollow all company policies and procedures.Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement ProgramMaintain productivity in non-selling tasks (i.e. shipment processing, inventory counting, and price change activities)Take direction and complete assigned tasks and responsibilitiesVisual PresentationMaintain store appearance to reflect division standardReplenish merchandise on a timely basisHave knowledge of the store merchandiseKeep management informed of all merchandise-related issuesPOS set-up is timely and effectiveExecutes markdowns and re-merchandise as neededMaintain stockroom organization merchandise/fixtures/hardware/general cleanlinessJob RequirementsRetail background preferredAbility to build relationships with customersExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and communication skillPay Range: $15.00-$19.50 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
