Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime Eligible Location : 701 Westport Pkwy Fort Worth, TX 76177, USA About the Role The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a critical role in generating revenue, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless rental experience from start to finish. As a proactive sales professional, you will identify customer needs, recommend the right equipment solutions, develop new accounts, and grow existing business through relationship building and suggestive selling. You will serve as a key connection between our customers, Outside Sales, Dispatch, Yard, Service, and Branch Management to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. This position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% working in the yard , with opportunities to cross-train with Dispatch and gain valuable knowledge of Sunstate's rental operations. Position Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred Customer service and/or sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates Demonstrated ability to ask thoughtful questions, actively listen, and identify customer needs Interest in sales, account management, or customer success with a willingness to learn and grow Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging customers by phone and in person Strong sales ability, including suggestive selling, upselling, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow‑ups in a fast‑paced environment Self‑starter who takes initiative, follows through on commitments, and seeks feedback to improve Adaptable and resilient with the ability to remain positive and professional in a fast‑paced environment Strong technology aptitude with the ability to learn systems such as Salesforce and RentalMan (AS400) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunstate
