FT 11-7 CNA Position at Atlas Post Acute at Woodbury Country Club

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate FT 11-7 CNA to join our team at Atlas Post Acute at Woodbury Country Club in Woodbury, New Jersey. About the Role:

As a FT 11-7 CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and observing and reporting changes in resident condition. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with medication administration and vital signs monitoring

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to team members and healthcare professionals

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobilization of residents

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (recent graduates and experienced CNAs welcome to apply)

• Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
