Role overview
We're hiring entry-level salespeople to focus on investment commercial sales across Manhattan (office, retail, multifamily, mixed-use). Commission-based, high-pace: source deals, build relationships with capital partners/family offices, underwrite opportunities, and lead growth in targeted submarkets.
Key responsibilities
- Source & analyze commercial investments; prepare underwriting & investment memos
- Manage company accounts for leasing & disposition requests
- Prospect new business; cultivate investor, developer, broker relationships
- Build & lead a small team within 6 months as pipeline & deals scale
- Contribute to business development strategies for Manhattan neighborhoods ️
✅ Ideal candidate
- Recent college grad (undergrad) or early-career with real estate/finance analyst/intern experience
- Strong interest in commercial investment sales; know cap rates, NOI, cash-on-cash
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, competitive, driven to exceed targets
- Excellent communicator; comfortable networking with HNW clients & capital partners
- Fluency in English required
