Data Entry Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity located in Branford, CT. Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain inventory, shipping, receiving, and order data within warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and receiving documentation.
• Verify inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Update customer records, shipment statuses, and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and transportation providers to resolve data-related issues.
• Maintain electronic and paper files to ensure compliance with company recordkeeping standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding inventory, shipments, and order status.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Operations or Data Entry experience

Work Site: Onsite Employment Type: Temp to Perm Salary: $21-23/hr

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
