Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (Long Term Care) – Santa Fe, New Mexico. Travel - Temporary Assignment. Start date: 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks. Shift: 3x12 nights (18:00–06:30). Guaranteed hours: 36 per week with weekly pay between $933-$972. This assignment is in a long-term care setting. Local candidates only; orientation start dates will follow Tue/Thu schedules to support onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents under physician orders and facility policy
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with regulations and best practices
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine assessments, document findings, and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort during night shifts
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans and respond to changes in patient status
- Maintain accurate charts and records, ensuring compliance with privacy and infection control protocols

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (18:00–06:30) and comply with orientation requirements
- Local candidate status (within commuting distance to the assignment location)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to document in electronic health records
