Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking an Order Selector to join their team. As an Order Selector, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Selector

Location: CHIPLEY, FL

Pay Range: $14

Shift: 7a - 3p

What's the Job?

• Select and gather products based on customer orders using handheld scanners or voice-picking systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Stack, wrap, and label pallets or packages for shipment.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and packaging to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 lbs) consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
