Responsibilities

This is a dual-role position. You'll spend part of your day delivering parts to our wholesale and commercial customers and, when deliveries are complete, you'll assist our Parts Department by helping customers at the parts counter and supporting daily department operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver parts safely and on time to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts for deliveries.
• Pick up and deliver parts from nearby dealerships and vendors.
• Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter.
• Help identify, locate, and process parts orders.
• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory documentation.
• Follow all company safety, fleet, and operating procedures.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns.
• Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with other Parts Department duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and switching between driving and counter responsibilities.
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
