Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an entry level CNC Operator to join our machine shop team in Mishawaka, IN. This position offers an opportunity to work on the 1st shift, focusing on the operation of CNC machinery and ensuring precision in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Moore OD Grinders, including both wet and dry grinders.
• Work from prints to maintain tolerances of up to +/- half thou.
• Adjust tapers on OD Grinders as necessary.
• Utilize quality instruments to ensure parts meet specified client requirements.
• Operate additional CNC machinery as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on parts, primarily through visual inspection.
• Pack parts onto pallets for shipment.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mishawaka, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
