Account Services / Customer Service Representative LaFrance Corp is currently seeking an Account Services/Customer Services Representative. This is a hybrid role. About the Role The Account Services /Customer Services Representative works with the Account Teams and the Customer to provide on-time manufacture and delivery of branding products. Key Responsibilities Communicates proactively with customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, lead times, and delivery commitments Creates, edits, and acknowledges sales orders both manually and via electronic portals; identifies special requirements and communicates them to the Production planning team Monitors open sales orders and works with production Planning and Shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery Creates, edits, and maintains customer and part specific master data including Customer billing and ship-to information, customer part number cross references, customer pricing Communicates and coordinates with internal team members to support excellent performance for our customers Investigates customer concerns and coordinates internal teams to resolve order, shipment, quality, or invoicing issues Maintains accurate records of customer interactions Requirements 5 years of customer service experience Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Excellent and proven organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple customer requests and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications; Advanced Excel experience a major plus Detail-oriented individual Ability to learn customer-specific ordering, forecasting, and supplier portal systems Demonstrated professionalism and strong verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and internal teams Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or industrial environment preferred Experience working within an ERP system preferred; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus Values Passion for learning and creating results Eager to be a major contributor to a championship team’s success Love of challenges Respect for all employees as family members Commitment to support our Corporation in living our Core Values Benefits Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, vacation, paid holidays, relaxed dress code, culture teams, 401K Plan, and a fitness center on the premises.
