Position: Saturday Only – Service Lane Assistant
Location: KIA Chantilly, Chantilly, VA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays Only – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shift)

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team at KIA Chantilly on Saturdays only!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
- Schedule service appointments efficiently
- Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
- Manage the loaner fleet – clean, prep, and make loaner vehicle agreements for customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service all day – you will be the first and last impression for our Saturday guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
