Regional Field Service Mechatronics Electrician Automation Mechanic Tech Electronics Technician Engineering tech Installation Maintenance Repair Configure Sofware Program Machine Machinery FactoryTalk PanelBuilderControl Panels Sesors PLCs HMI Motor Drives Actuator Motion Controls Machine Vision _ .

Participate in the design, installation, commissioning, programming and troubleshooting of automated packaging lines, process systems, and software systems for clients across North America.

• Maintain and grow solid client relationships.

• Evaluate company proposal and customer equipment specifications to determine optimal machine control architecture.

• Oversee project execution including team leadership, control panel engineering, SCADA design, PLC and HMI programming, and site start-up of integrated systems.

• Use AutoCAD to review, develop and maintain electrical schematic and conveyor layout drawings.

• Program robots from Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic, and ABB.

• Assist customer acceptance testing of subject equipment.

• Support projects in the field including installation, secondary acceptance testing, and startup support and training.

• Troubleshoot automated material handling equipment such as motors, scanners, VFDs, photo eyes, encoders, etc. and other electrical control equipment.
