• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Drivers on this fleet with 1+ years of experience average $78,000 annually; $1,500 weekly*
• CPM
• $220 per load pay
• Layover (24 hours) pay: $200 per day
• Breakdown (24 hours): $200 per day
• Training/retraining pay: $200 per day
• Backhaul pickup pay: $25 per load
• Clean DOT inspection: $25
• Safe & on-time bonus- up to 3% weekly
• Top-of-the-line automatic transmission sleeper trucks pulling 53' trailers

Route Details:

We are hiring CDL drivers with little to no experience to join our fleet. Start your driving career alongside an experienced mentor, build your skills behind the wheel, and advance to solo driving. Drivers typically average 3 loads per week, beginning in Phoenix, AZ, delivering to AZ, UT, and some Southern CA.
