Role Description The Carpenter role at Dimensional Design, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Duluth, GA. This role involves building and assembling exhibits, retail displays, interiors, and custom branded environments using a variety of carpentry techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and fitting materials, operating hand and power tools, reading and interpreting drawings or build plans, and performing both rough and finish carpentry tasks. The Carpenter collaborates closely with designers, project managers, and production team members to ensure that all projects meet quality, safety, and brand standards. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following safety procedures, and contributing ideas to improve fabrication processes. Qualifications Strong carpentry skills with experience in shop or construction environments, including custom fabrication. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry and fabrication work. Experience in framing and structural assembly for exhibits, displays, or related build projects. Skill in finish carpentry, including precise fitting, trimming, and surface preparation for high-visibility installations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, build plans, and measurements accurately. Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and attention to detail in all tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday; prior experience in exhibit, retail, or signage fabrication is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
