Salary Range $26-$30 per hour depending on experience Work Type Full time Benefits Offered Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Matching Paid Vacation Holidays Training and Safety Programs Purpose and Function The purpose of this position is to install electrical systems in new construction, upfit and remodel projects. This position will work directly under the supervision of a crew leader or foreman and should require minimal oversight and guidance. Responsibilities Measure, bend, thread, and install electrical conduit (MC, EMT, ridge raceways, PVC) at grade level, elevated heights, or in ditches as needed. Set up for wire install, pull wire, and operate wire tuggers efficiently. Terminate panels, set fixtures, install devices, and install cable tray. Demonstrate organizational and time‑management skills. Communicate special equipment needs to the foreman. Interpret job drawings to facilitate installation of the electrical system. Establish material lists and communicate material needs to the foreman. Achieve weekly benchmark objectives established by the foreman. Maintain familiarity with plans, schedule, and expectations for the job based on foreman directives. Ensure safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Use all assigned PPE as appropriate for hazards encountered. Promote a positive work environment that encourages safety and open communication. Maintain a personal tool cache, including hand tools, drill, drivers, and all necessary attachments. Education, Training and Experience 3–5 years or more of experience completing commercial electrical installations. Field experience completing assigned tasks and functions. Experience with trade inspections and interactions with various jurisdictions and inspectors. Associated trade certifications are beneficial but not required. Physical and Other Requirements Ability to sit, bend, stoop. Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb, crawl, and squat as required by the job.
