Job Description:
We are seeking three full-time experienced OB/GYN physicians for a locum position with a commitment of 12+ months. The providers will cover outpatient clinic shifts Monday through Friday, offering guidance and support to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Midwives managing complex patient cases. Flexibility to assist in the Operating Room (OR) as needed based on elective surgical volumes is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in OB/GYN; candidates with 2+ years plus fellowship training will also be considered.


Providers will serve as mentors and advisors to new graduate providers employed at the facility in the future, though they will not be required to act as procedure proctors. The schedule includes outpatient clinic and OR coverage, with shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, five days per week. Full-time providers are expected to work 35-40 hours weekly, with overtime applicable after 40 hours.


This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with an enhanced bill rate of $450 per hour for this search to attract highly skilled and dedicated providers. Overtime rates will apply after 40 hours per week.

Credentials & Requirements:

• Current CV (must be uploaded with bid)
• Active or IMLC License
• DEA Certification
• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in OB/GYN (2+ years plus fellowship considered)
• Willingness to serve as mentor/advisor for new providers
