Account Manager - Commercial Laundry Services About the Role The Account Manager is responsible for growing and managing Tip Top Laundry’s commercial client relationships. This role focuses on driving sales growth, improving service processes, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction across industries such as medical, dental, hospitality, fitness, and other local businesses. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, helping clients streamline their laundry operations while identifying opportunities to expand services and increase recurring revenue. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers Grow revenue through account expansion, cross-selling, and new client acquisition Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through networking and outreach Manage onboarding, service setup, and ongoing account communication Coordinate with operations to ensure service quality, turnaround times, and consistency Track account activity, service history, and performance metrics Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience Analyze account data and market trends to support growth strategies What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in assigned accounts High customer retention and satisfaction Increased service adoption across commercial clients Strong relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and reliability What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, or service-based industries Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable with prospecting, follow-ups, and closing Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented Experience using CRM tools and standard business software Ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams Base salary based on experience, plus commission Health & wellness benefits Paid time off and earned paid sick time Growth opportunities within a local, expanding company Tip Top Laundry is a locally owned laundry service provider focused on reliability, consistency, and long-term partnerships.
