Job Description Flynn Panera, a Panera Bread franchisee under Flynn Group, is seeking a Team Manager to lead cafe operations. The Manager oversees up to 75 staff, ensures quality service, maintains restaurant cleanliness, and drives profitable performance. Position Description Our Panera Bread cafes serve baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages in an artisan, grease‑free environment. The Team Manager will manage daily operations, staff, safety, and customer experience without late nights, focusing on morning shifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as role‑model and lead team Ensure excellent customer service Own business performance and profit goals Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment per safety and sanitation standards Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts Coordinate all restaurant operations during shifts Greet customers and conduct table visits to ensure satisfaction Recruit, train, and motivate staff Assist bakery‑cafe specialist; train team on food service Operate within company guidelines, values, and ethical practices Promote a professional image and company values Education and Experience At least 1–2 years hospitality experience Food management certification is a plus Demonstrated “Run it Like You Own It” mentality Excellent organization, customer service, and time‑management skills Proven leadership track record Passion, energy, and a positive attitude Ability to work under pressure and with diverse groups Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Reference checks required Perks and Benefits Competitive wages Flexible work schedules Meal discounts Health benefits 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Development opportunities Compensation Team Manager compensation range: $—$/hour Physical Standards Stability and mobility for up to 10 hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Read, write, and communicate effectively Finger and hand dexterity for small tools and equipment Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
