Implementation Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Implementation Analyst to join their team. As a Implementation Analyst, you will be part of the Program Management and Change Management teams supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive ownership, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Omaha, NE

Pay Range: $49.66

What's the Job?

• Conduct business analysis for the Program Director and Change Management functions, including SharePoint build and administration.
• Create and manage dashboards using Excel data and program timelines to support project tracking and reporting.
• Lead discovery through structured questioning, interviews, and research to define accurate, testable requirements aligned with business outcomes and client value.
• Write detailed test scenarios, execute testing, validate outputs, and ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
• Partner with internal teams and guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing defect identification, documentation, and resolution.

What's Needed?

• Experience in business analysis, testing lifecycle, and validation processes.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards with Excel and managing program timelines.
• Ability to operate effectively within Agile and Waterfall delivery models, including writing user stories and RTMs.
• Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to quickly adapt to complex environments, build relationships, and contribute to new solutions and processes.
