Associate Medical Director, Primary Care—Leadership & Impact

Optum New Mexico is seeking an Associate Medical Director to lead physicians and clinics in Albuquerque. This role partners with operations and medical leadership to ensure high‑quality care and to advance the Medical Group's mission.

You will guide performance, recruit and develop staff, implement quality measures, and participate in compliance training. A NM MD/DO license and board certification are required.
