Total Care Connect
Total Care Connect is seeking a Community Paramedic to deliver high-quality in-home clinical care across Ohio. You will focus on proactive patient care for high-risk populations, helping to manage chronic diseases and reduce hospital readmissions. The ideal candidate will have a current Ohio Paramedic certification and at least 2-3 years of field experience.
