We seek a Per Diem Float Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions, and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Hours: Per diem working on a need basis covering PTO, callouts and other business needs. Location hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with lunch from 12:30pm to 1:00pm

Location: Home site is 255 Spencer Rd. Suite 202 St. Peters, MO 63376 and will be responsible for working at Ladue, St. Charles, St. Louis and Wentzville locations as needed to cover PTO/callouts

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic
• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
• Orders, receives, and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
• Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
• Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
• Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to cover all sites in the St. Louis and St. Charles greater metro area
• Ability to work a per diem schedule between the office hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
• Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
