1) Letter of Intent (Reason for seeking position)
2) Resume
3) Signed Letters of Reference (minimum 2)
4) H6 DMV Printout
5) Valid CA Commercial Driver's License
6) Medical Examiners Certificate DL51A
7) California Special Driver's Certificate
