CNA – Full Time D/E Rotation (Contract)

Location: New York 13165
Pay: $813 – $925/week
Schedule: Full Time, 5x7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week)
Shift Options: Day and/or Evening rotations
Requirements: Every other weekend & holidays required
Note: Must be able to start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)

• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises

• Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output

• Maintain a clean, safe environment and respond promptly to call lights

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Provide emotional support and maintain resident rights and confidentiality

• Complete accurate, timely documentation per facility guidelines

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only – Required)

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in a long-term care setting

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
