About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
Assisting with medication administration and treatments as directed
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established standards and guidelines
Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and positioning
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Participate in Quality Assurance activities and submit suggestions for process improvements
Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
