Who We Are Todays most advanced automotive technology is being envisioned today at MOBIS Parts America (MPA). A subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, we are a top leading automotive parts supplier. MPA provides after‑sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis – which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada. Description Under the leadership of the Systems Support Manager, this position supports business operations by leading systems enhancements and modifications. The role works directly with end users to gather and document business requirements, collaborates with other members of the systems team (analysts, support staff, development team, project management), creates test scripts, performs systems user/integration testing, training and documentation, sets priorities, reports status, and ensures proper processes throughout project life cycles. It focuses on medium to large projects, with additional support for minor changes and day‑to‑day operational issues. This full‑time role is based at our North America HQ; occasional travel to satellite offices may be required. Responsibilities Support gathering business requirements and identify areas of improvement, gaps in business processes, and work with team members to determine solutions to complicated business workflows. (25%) Support project development stages, such as test script development, user and integration testing, training, and post‑launch support. Work with other systems analysts for support as needed at the direction of the Systems Support Manager. (25%) Participate in meetings and ongoing review of project status, from business requirements validation to development status, user testing, implementation, and post‑implementation. Post‑launch review of major projects, include lessons learned and help define continuous improvement. (15%) Keep project team updated on status and work closely with project management members to ensure current project status/schedules are maintained and communicated to key stakeholders. (15%) Support development of project schedule, including identifying milestones and accurate timelines. Minimize risks to projects and delays by communicating and identifying challenges that need to be addressed. (10%) Work with other members in systems team to support day‑to‑day operational challenges and help identify solutions to ongoing problems. (10%) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Business documentation completed in a timely manner to support project launch schedules, requiring approval and agreement from all stakeholders and project team. Requirements scope has minimal change from approval to development stages. Gather lessons learned for the successes and shortcomings after each project, and use this to minimize risk for future tasks. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and support best practices for process changes, including approvals and general change management processes. Adapt to changing environment and keep project scope under control. Hold meetings with appropriate teams in a timely manner. JIRA tickets and project plans are updated frequently to communicate with the project team. Required Qualifications Ability to communicate between business teams and technical teams. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate within other business units. Proven analytical abilities. Experience writing queries using SQL or other tools. Capable of writing business documentation and/or technical diagrams. Information Retained Expected Hours of Work: This position typically works 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Weekend and after‑hours support may be required to support project launches and other initiatives. Travel: Minimal travel required, including occasional trips to local warehouses. May occasionally require extended trips to support project launches. Problem Solving: Takes proactive approaches to anticipate and prevent issues. When problems occur, defines, investigates, gathers information, and decides whether the issue requires group decision. Generates and analyzes alternate solutions to arrive at a workable solution. Sense of Urgency: Prioritizes well, shows energy, reacts to opportunities, instills urgency in others, and meets deadlines. Coaching and Development: Provides quality time and planned commitment to direct reports. Explains job‑related processes and creates opportunities for employees to understand strengths and limitations. System Management: Effectively manages the system(s) used to execute job‑related tasks and processes. Acts as a resource for system questions, issues, or troubleshooting. May require training when new processes are rolled out or system upgrades occur. Work Environment: Primarily a professional, office‑based job, using phones, computers, copiers, etc. Occasional work at the parts distribution center may be required. Compensation The expected hiring range for this position is $26.13 – $41.33, depending on experience and qualifications.
