Higher Point Carpet Care, located in Sanford, FL, is seeking a helper to our Carpet and Water Restoration Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a clean and valid Driver's License, demonstrate proficiency in carpet, flooring, and water restoration, and have the physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs. The position requires open availability Mon-Fri. We offer weekly pay and are looking for dedicated individuals who can contribute to our team's success.
Responsibilities:- Help perform support to carpet cleaning and restoration services with a high level of expertise.
- Help handle water damage restoration tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment used in carpet and water restoration.
- Lift and move heavy equipment and furniture, up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.
- Valid and clean Driver's License is required.
- Previous experience in carpet and flooring restoration preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and furniture (at least 50 lbs).
- Open availability and willingness to work after hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong consideration for Spanish speaking candidates.
