Licensed Healthcare Professional

This is a 13-week contract position.

We are seeking a dedicated and conscientious Licensed Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care in line with our organization's values and policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct and maintain patient confidentiality according to the Trinity Agreement.
• Complete various compliance forms and assessments on onboarding, including but not limited to Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form, Trinity Criminal Background Check, and Trinity Joint Commission Testing.
• Conduct necessary health history screenings including COVID-19 immunization, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Participate in Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist.
• Maintain a current professional licensure and certifications applicable to the role.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current License/Certificate Verification.
• Completion of Trinity profile and documentation as required for employment.
• Completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Required health screenings including Tdap and Influenza (optional).
• Integrity and commitment to uphold compliance and integrity within healthcare operations.
