Merit Medical seeks a Logistics Clerk I to pick, pack, and ship finished medical devices for customer orders in Richmond, VA. The role involves order fulfillment, package labeling, warehouse stocking, and related shipping operations on a day shift.
Responsibilities
- Generate picking and packing slips and verify order accuracy during fulfillment
- Pull products, weigh packages, and apply appropriate shipping labels
- Prepare sample orders and marketing/sales special orders for shipment
- Stock warehouse inventory and maintain organized, clean storage areas
- Perform additional warehouse and shipping tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum three months work experience
- Ability to organize materials and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with spreadsheets and database software
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks
