Restaurant General Manager

We are looking to hire a leader who can take ownership of the entire operation, strengthen our management team, build scalable systems, and help position the business for future growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven turnaround experience with a track record of improving operations, developing strong teams, and driving measurable results.
• Experience building systems, processes, and accountability that create consistency and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory, and P&L management.
• A proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers into high-performing leaders.
• The confidence to make sound decisions independently and operate with an ownership mindset.
• High standards for food quality, cleanliness, guest experience, and team culture.
