Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers find the right products. Knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and wireless plans. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to lift 35lbs.
