Job Description
Manage all field operations from groundbreaking through completion. Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities. Maintain project schedules and milestones. Conduct safety meetings and site inspections. Ensure quality control standards are upheld. Work closely with Project Managers and ownership teams. Prepare daily reports and project updates.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of superintendent experience. Multifamily construction experience required. Experience managing projects exceeding $20M. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of construction scheduling software.
